If loss has reshaped your days, you’re not alone. I can sit alongside you with your sadness.

Part of my meaning-making from profound loss is in helping other people navigate life-changing grief from the death of a loved one through personalized counseling. Grief is an individualized experience that feels isolating. It is true that we can even feel physical pain with it and definitely a sense of emptiness. When someone we love dies, we suddenly feel a loss of hope and vision for our futures.

I can help you through this journey of grief with tools that will honor the memory of your loved one and light the path toward a future where you can choose to invite joy, love, peace and hope back in to your life when you’re ready. In your own time and in your own way, you will find a way to integrate this loss into your life and find meaning again. As a bereaved parent, I know this journey.

If you are someone who suffers from anxious thoughts and other symptoms that get in the way of you getting good sleep, enjoying your friends and family, and living your best life, I have some fantastic resources to support you. I absolutely enjoy seeing my clients feel empowered as we explore root causes from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, challenging cognitive distortions, utilizing tools from Mindfulness to calm your nervous system and some great packets for you to explore between sessions that support your learning.
