Therapy for Anxiety

If anxious thoughts are keeping you up at night, swirling around in your brain, I have specific tools to reduce the rumination and get you a better night of sleep. If you are someone struggling to quiet that inner voice that tells you, you aren’t enough, we can work together on some strategies that will reduce the power of your inner critic.

My clients have shared with me that they feel transformed in how they function in relationships and with self-perspective. The end result of our time together can be you feeling empowered, with a shift in how you see yourself in the world. And what a great feeling; showing up as your best self!
